Lift history:
Our lift is a Poma EC-15 platter-pull surface lift. It is
inspected twice a year by the State of Colorado
Passenger Tramway Safety Board. We comply with all
of the same regulations as the large resorts. The lift
was moved from Arapahoe Basin and installed in Lake
City in 1966. It is the oldest operating lift in Colorado,
and typical of the first commercial lifts used in the
United States after World War II.
